By accessing or using BizGrowthUp (www.bizgrowthup.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. BizGrowthUp is operated by Affable Web Solutions Private Limited, New Delhi, India.

2. Description of Service

BizGrowthUp is an online directory that connects transport and logistics businesses with potential customers. We provide business listing services, search tools, freight calculators, tracking tools, and downloadable templates.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or listing
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old or have the authority to act on behalf of a business
  • One account per business entity; duplicate listings may be removed

4. Business Listings

  • All listing information must be accurate, current and not misleading
  • You must have the right to use any photos, logos or content you upload
  • Listings must relate to legitimate transport, logistics or related businesses
  • We reserve the right to edit, reject or remove listings that violate these terms
  • Free listings are provided at our discretion and may be modified or limited

5. Prohibited Content

You may not post content that:

  • Is false, misleading, defamatory or fraudulent
  • Infringes on intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Contains spam, malware or phishing links
  • Promotes illegal activities or violates Indian law
  • Is discriminatory, offensive or harmful

6. Intellectual Property

The BizGrowthUp name, logo, website design, tools and original content are the property of Affable Web Solutions Private Limited. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display it on our platform and in search results.

7. Limitation of Liability

BizGrowthUp is a directory platform. We do not endorse, guarantee or verify the quality of services offered by listed businesses. We are not liable for any transactions, disputes or damages arising from dealings between users and listed businesses.

Our tools (calculators, trackers, templates) are provided for informational purposes only and should not be treated as professional advice.

8. Paid Plans

  • Paid plans (when available) are billed as described on our pricing page
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice
  • Non-payment may result in downgrade to the free plan

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or upon your request. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
